Hello, everyone! Welcome to the second episode of my YouTube series, "This Bootstrapped Life."

Slower Pace: This week's update is a bit shorter because there's less exciting news on the SkyPorch front.
Team Growth: I'm thrilled to announce we've added two new team members! One specializing in marketing and business, and the other in design. This will free up CY and me to focus on our engineering strengths.
Strategic Planning: To keep things organized with the growing team, I've started writing strategy documents. This is helping me delegate tasks and prioritize effectively.
Focus and Efficiency: I've realized the power of focusing on one important task per day. Less stress, more productivity!
Positive Outlook: This week has been a big step forward for SkyPorch. Building a strong team and getting organized is super exciting for the future!
